Trump Nominates Anti-Communist for US Navy Chief; Chevron to Invest $7 Billion in Venezuela

President Donald Trump is nominating Vietnamese American Hung Cao to lead the Navy. Cao is a former refugee who fled communist Vietnam and has become a vocal anti-communist.

U.S. lawmakers are supporting Joshua Wong, a prominent figure in Hong Kong’s pro-democracy movement. Wong is now facing an additional prison term.
