How China Wages ‘Unrestricted Warfare’ Inside the US | Hong Kong’s Warning to the Free World

More than two decades ago, two Chinese military officers laid out the concept of “unrestricted warfare”—using economic pressure, cyberattacks, narcotics, information, and other non-military tools against a stronger adversary. Michael Lucci, founder and CEO of State Armor, says many of those tactics are now playing out inside the United States.
