Calif. Health Care Funding for Illegal Immigrants

Beginning Jan. 1, for the first time, undocumented immigrants of all ages qualify for Medi-Cal, California’s health insurance program for extremely low-income people. This is despite the state’s historical budget deficit of $68 Billion. NTD’s David Zhang spoke with Assemblyman Bill Essayli about some of the cuts he is proposing.
