A bipartisan bill aims to expand sanctions on Russia and Iran. China, a major buyer of Russian oil, could also be targeted.

Concerns about artificial intelligence are emerging in both the West and the East. Epoch Times reporter Nathan Su says a change in mindset is needed.

“China has been conducting unrestricted warfare against the United States since the mid-’90s. They are at war with us, but we think they are our competitor. You can’t win a war when you go into it with the mentality of competition,” he said.
