Government Coercion Is Being Whitewashed: James Bovard

The Supreme Court could soon hear a case that will determine whether the federal government can censor Americans by proxy. This has to do with government programs that were communicating with social networks and Big Tech companies. They were requesting censorship.

Is this type of censorship through indirect means legal? Does it violate the First Amendment? And what can we expect in the coming court decision?
