The White House unveiled a new national security strategy, framing China as America’s primary competitor. The man suspected of placing two pipe bombs near the RNC and DNC buildings on the eve of Jan. 6, 2021, made his first court appearance today. The 30-year-old from Northern Virginia was arrested on Thursday and is charged with interstate transportation and attempted use of an explosive device.
