Moreover, after the tragic Las Vegas shooting, it was Trump and the Department of Justice that imposed a national ban on bump stocks (devices that are used to make semi-automatic rifles fire continuously, like machine guns).

This was followed by what was reported to be a respite because the price per barrel was frozen by the cartel in some areas—we’ll see for how long—causing what proved to be a very temporary bump in the bear stock market.

Earlier this week Trump ordered Sessions to craft legislation banning so-called bump stocks. The add-on devices for semi-automatic rifles received nationwide attention following a mass shooting in Las Vegas in October last year.
