In a Beijing community designated as medium-risk for the CCP virus, the authorities decided to replace the residents’ community pass, which costs 30 yuan ($4 USD) each. Everyone must scan it to get in and out of the community. Although it is affordable, the fact that the authorities always try to make money off the pandemic irritated the residents.
