After a new cluster of CCP virus infections in Dalian City originated in the Dalian Bay area, communities in the area were placed under strict lockdown for ten days starting July 25. Many residents ran out of food but got little help from community staff who were supposed to help arrange food delivery. Some desperate residents started a protest. However, Chinese police showed no mercy to this group of people and took them away in police cars.
