The South of Western Australia is a bit of an unexplored land to me. I often hear about its beauty and wealth of wine vineyards that are heralded around the world but I don’t drink alcohol and my eye has always been on the beauty of other countries.
I finally took the plunge last week by spending a few days in Yallingup. Yallingup is a small seaside town in between the popular tourist locations of Dunsborough and Margaret River. So it was the perfect place to set up camp and explore.
In the short amount of time I was down South I managed to catch a sunset, sunrise, visit wineries, and explore caves. I found my experience to be one of distance from big city life—I very rarely bumped into anyone on my journeys. I will not say much more than this and will try to covey the peaceful beauty of the South through my images.
