Kitsune Parisien (Kitsune)Ahhh to be young and Parisien. I’d trip down to the boulangerie to buy some stupendously tasty bread products all the while listening to this perky slice of electro and nu disco goodness. Weaving through the dog excrement I’d be happy as a sandboy whilst Birkii’s sweet electro romp "Shade of Doubt," or Jupiter’s expert disco update "Sake" twinkled away. Then having purchased my pain au raisin and turned for home I’d only stop in my tracks and get my prized bread wet with tears, as I listened to Cascadeur’s wonderful weepy lament "Meaning," all maudlin intoning and rippling keywork, a surprising turn of events indeed.
