To celebrate the anniversary of its opening, the restaurant American Cut in Tribeca will be offering a special menu for one week, Sept. 22–28.

The highlight is a 52-ounce porterhouse (for 52 weeks), at $104 for two, prepared table-side with Flambéed Maître’d Butter Sauce.
