In a shocking development, the European Union just released a new policy document which officially earmarked $1.5 billion euros, in order to start the process of buying out the land from Dutch farmers.

But it gets even stranger, because within the policy document, it states that any farmer who sells their farm to the government in the Netherlands is no longer allowed to farm anywhere within the European Union.
