Crossroads
We often hear the line about how “scientists agree” on climate change. We hear that it’s “settled science”—a “consensus.” Nobody would dare to question it. Only a conspiracy theorist would doubt these facts that the experts have declared to be conclusive. Who are we to question them? Well, it turns out that the settled science is not actually based on science. Instead, it’s based on bullying. Actual scientists who know that the claims aren’t credible are bullied into saying otherwise. Here to speak with us about this is H. Sterling Burnett, a senior fellow on environmental policy at the Heartland Institute.
