Palestinian Observer to the UN Says Israel Must ‘Change Course’ to Achieve Peace

The Palestinian permanent representative to the United Nations, Riyad Mansour, called for an end to bloodshed in the region, saying Israel needs to “change course” to bring about peace.
Speaking in New York on Oct. 8, Mr. Mansour alleged Israel had been “using blunt force against Palestinian lives and Palestinian rights.” His comments came a day after the Hamas terrorist group launched a surprise attack on Israel.
