New Mexico Officers Not Charged In Fatal Shooting of Wrong Man

The New Mexico Justice Department has declined to press charges against the three police officers involved in a wrongful death shooting last year. After a review of the incident, the Justice Department said, “There is no basis for pursuing a criminal prosecution against three Farmington police officers.”
