Harris ‘Punched Back’, Trump Talked to ‘the American People’: Campaign Surrogates React to Debate

After the ABC presidential debate, Epoch Times senior editor Jan Jekielek caught some initial reactions from Trump and Harris campaign surrogates in the spin room in Philadelphia.

“It was a three-on-one debate. There’s no doubt about it, and I do think that Donald Trump held his own in that context. … When it came down to policy, I thought Donald Trump did quite well,” said former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.

“[Vice President Harris] outlined visions on everything from gun violence to energy to making sure we’re unifying the country to making us strong at home and abroad. Her ability to show how she’s going to move this country forward was just phenomenal,” said Rep. Jason Crow (D-Colo.).
