Entrepreneur Erika Donalds: From Humble Beginnings to American Dream

Erika Donalds is many things: an entrepreneur, the founder of an education company, and the wife of Florida Congressman Byron Donalds. In this episode of NTD’s “Women in Leadership,” she revealed the humble start of her journey, the role faith has played in her rise to leadership, and how she helps to make the American Dream a reality for others.

“Having to work at such a young age and contribute to the household, it did make me feel like I don’t want that for my children,” Donalds said. “I want to do better for my children.”
