Vice President JD Vance is on his way to Pakistan for a high-stakes summit with Iran. The talks will mark the highest-level meeting between U.S. and Iranian officials since 1979. Ahead of the meeting, President Donald Trump is warning the Iranian regime to take negotiations seriously.

Democrat-led states and small businesses were back in the International Trade Court today, challenging the president’s global tariffs applied under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974. A three-judge panel of the court heard the arguments.
