But the most striking message isn’t technological, it’s personal. Discipline, purpose, resistance training, diet—without those, he says, no peptide or algorithm will save you. Goldman describes his frank conversation with a morbidly obese man, which influenced the man to lose 80 pounds and begin transforming his life. The tools may be new, but the responsibility is not.
