Biden Excuses China’s Spy Balloon Flight Across US

President Joe Biden on Saturday made some shocking remarks about the Chinese spy balloon that strayed across the United States and caused a major international incident in early February. He suggested that Chinese leader Xi Jinping never meant to fly a spy balloon over sensitive American military sites and it was “more embarrassing than it was intentional.” He made those remarks as he headed to Philadelphia for his first campaign rally of the 2024 election.
