US Economy Adds 162,000 New Jobs in August; Vance: Everything on the Table to Pressure Iran

U.S. payrolls accelerated in August as the economy unexpectedly created 162,000 new jobs, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This marks the best monthly employment gain since March. The unemployment rate was unchanged at 4.1 percent for the second straight month.

“Economic pressure, military pressure, diplomatic pressure, covert pressure … these are tools in the president’s toolkit,” he said.
