Why Home Prices Kept Rising as Mortgage Rates Climbed | Barry Habib
National home prices rose in July even as mortgage rates climbed over the spring and summer. Mortgage rates have moved higher since, and the Fed raised its benchmark rate in September. How much more pressure can home prices absorb?
