Champagne told reporters that the ban on Huawei and ZTE equipment would not cover smartphones or other devices.

Meng Wanzhou, the Huawei CFO who was spinning her wheels in Canada since her 2018 arrest at the behest of the U.S. Justice Department, is also a loser, and a bigger one.
