Sen. Kennedy Criticizes Supreme Court Ethics Bill, Believes It Will Not Pass the Floor

During Thursday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) criticized a bill proposed by Democrats on the committee that would require the Supreme Court to adopt a code of ethics, saying the bill would be as “dead as fried chicken” by the time it reached the floor for a vote.
