Study: Many Older Adults Continue Taking Daily Aspirin Despite Warnings

For decades, doctors recommended a daily dose of 81 mg of aspirin to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. However, guidelines now advise older adults to take aspirin only occasionally due to bleeding risks.

Despite this, one in four adults over 50 still take aspirin regularly. In this video, find out why taking aspirin regularly might not be as advantageous as originally thought.
