A state senator in Arizona said the voting strength of residents was diluted and their constitutional rights were violated during the midterm elections. He’s suing Governor-Elect Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County officials.

Department of Homeland Security head Alejandro Mayorkas visited the U.S.-Mexico border on Dec. 13, as House Republicans called to impeach him over the border crisis.

Some legal experts said that the FBI possibly violated First Amendment rights after journalists released the so-called ‘Twitter files.”
