Trump to Hold 9th Cabinet Meeting of the Year; Witkoff, Kushner to Meet Putin for Peace Talks

President Donald Trump will hold his ninth Cabinet meeting since returning to office. According to the White House, the meeting is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m. ET. NTD will have live coverage of the meeting.

U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin confirmed on Dec. 2. Putin’s press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said that Witkoff and Kushner would be the only U.S. representatives present. The discussion comes as Trump continues his push to bring an end to the war in Ukraine, which has raged for nearly four years. Witkoff and Putin last met in August.
