Section 230 has been in the news a lot lately. Repealing Section 230 would limit the legal protections for Big Tech companies. This, as critics are worried about Big Tech’s role in the 2020 election—and now the Biden team.

Still, Section 230 remains a key GOP focus with Big Tech issues.
