When Antifa members were asked by a Daily Caller reporter at the rally about what they would do if they saw the president in person, the responses all had one thing in common: the physical harm or "murder" of the president.

A number of local Antifa groups, including the Rose City Antifa, posted their disdain about the proposal on social media.

Joined by masked Antifa members were Black Lives Matter and activists with the group Don't Shoot Portland.

Three other Antifa members, who have not been identified, are still wanted by the NYPD.

On Oct. 12, Portland Police admitted to standing by as Antifa blocked traffic and assaulted an elderly man. In a video uploaded online, police officers could be seen standing by as the Antifa members attacked.

Antifa is short for “anti-fascist.” Despite its name, Antifa uses heavy-handed fascistic tactics and is infamous for assaulting conservatives, Republicans, and those who identify with the so-called alt-right.

Langer is a former member of the Autonome Antifa, formerly one of Germany's largest Antifa organizations, which disbanded in 2004.

Ngo’s employer, Quillette magazine, wrote in an editorial on June 30 saying Antifa had “attacked him for the simple reason that he has challenged their ideological propaganda—an Antifa tactic that any true fascist would recognize and applaud.”

A search on Walmart's website of "Antifa" turned up no results on Sunday. More than a dozen shirts were still listed on the website, according to IJR, and some read, “Antifa forever,” “proud to be Antifa,” and “we are Antifa.”

Antifa claims to be "anti-fascist," but labels groups that are even remotely conservative as "fascist."

During a press conference on Aug. 15, President Donald Trump denounced the KKK, the neo-Nazis, and the group of anarchist communists known as Antifa. Many Americans likely don't know very much about the third of these groups, the Antifa.

Loudon said in Orlando, Antifa is very close to the Democratic Socialists of America. The Texas branch of Antifa is tied to the local Red Guard, a Maoist organization.

In February, a change.org petition was circulated to declare Antifa a terrorist organization.

Antifa is currently being investigated by the FBI for domestic terrorism. A joint intelligence assessment by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) described Antifa as committing terrorist activities as early as last year.

On Saturday, video footage showed an Antifa member smashing a counter-protester in the head, leaving the man bleeding profusely.

Amid the protests on Aug. 27, black-clad members of far-left extremist group Antifa attacked several peaceful right-wing protesters, according to the Daily Caller. 

During the rally, hundreds of Antifa and communist protesters shouted "no Trump, no wall, no USA at all." Antifa extremists could also be heard shouting "whose streets, our streets."

Today, Antifa is still connected to communist groups.

Antifa is already categorized as a domestic terrorist threat by New Jersey's Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness. Some branches of Antifa are more open with their promotion of extremist violence.
