A Manhattan grand jury voted to indict Daniel Penny on June 14. The former U.S. Marine is being charged in the chokehold death of a homeless man on a New York City subway train on May 1.

Yet another candidate is joining the crowded race for president in 2024. It’s Miami’s Republican Mayor, Francis Suarez. A formal announcement is expected on June 15.
