SCOTUS to Hear Challenge to TikTok Ban; Gaetz Reacts to Ethics Report Vote

The U.S. Supreme Court decided on Wednesday to hear a bid by TikTok and its China-based parent company, ByteDance, to block a law intended to force the sale of the app by Jan. 19 or ban it on national security grounds.

Former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) reaffirmed his innocence in a statement on social media on Wednesday. He was responding to earlier reports that the House Ethics Committee had voted to release its investigation into the former congressman.
