Trump to Freeze Migration From ‘Third World Countries’; Death Toll in Hong Kong Fire Climbs to 128

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he would “permanently pause migration from all Third World countries” and remove foreign nationals who are “incapable of loving” the United States, saying the steps were necessary to allow for the U.S. system’s full recovery.

Hong Kong authorities said on Friday that the search for survivors after a massive fire tore through a residential complex in the New Territories, killing at least 128 people, has ended. About 200 people remain unaccounted for.
