Israel Resumes Air Strikes on Gaza; NASA Astronauts on Their Way Back to Earth | NTD Good Morning Full Broadcast (March 18)
Israel launched a series of air strikes on Gaza early on Tuesday, targeting Hamas sites after fragile cease-fire talks broke down. Israeli officials say the operation will continue until the hostages are returned. The Hamas terrorist group condemned the strikes as an escalation, warning it could jeopardize the hostages’ fate.
Astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore are on their way back to Earth after more than nine months in space. SpaceX confirmed that its Dragon capsule undocked from the International Space Station at around 1 a.m. ET. It is expected to splash down around 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
