Bieber may sue guests: Anybody invited to one of Justin Bieber’s house parties have to sign a liability waiver and release that outlines them being sued for $5 million if they disclose details about his parties.

The document, obtained by TMZ, says that if you tweet, blog, or Instagram about the parties, you are liable for $5 million.

The confidentiality includes information about the other people’s “philosophical, spiritual, or other views or characteristics,” as well as all photographs, likenesses, tapes, films, videos, and other recordings.

The signee also acknowledges that attending a party “is potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained.”

Besides a signature, the attendees have to provide their social security numbers.
