Ex-nanny sues Usher: A lawsuit by Cecilia Duncan, a former part-time nanny, alleges that the R & B singer didn’t pay for overtime when she worked caring for his two young sons.

TMZ got a copy of the lawsuit. In it, Duncan says that she complained for more than a year, but she was fired instead of the problem being resolved. The sought compensation is six figures.

A source told TMZ connected with Usher, though, said that the lawsuit is frivolous.
