Justin Bieber Apparently Got a Face Tattoo and His Fans Aren’t Too Pleased

To the chagrin of many of his fans, singer Justin Bieber apparently got a minuscule face tattoo, according to a number of reports over the weekend.

Bieber shared several photos on Instagram, and some people noted that near his right eye, there’s a small blackish tattoo (it looks like a birthmark).

Celebrity tattoo artist Jonboy, who owns the New York City shop West 4 Tattoo, shared a photo of Bieber with the tattoo.

Bieber, according to People magazine, also had a “curiously red and swollen cheek” that may have been caused by the new tattoo.

Bieber didn’t confirm if he got new ink done.

“Resting up for the show in Philly it’s gonna be a good one mark my words,” he wrote on Saturday.

Bieber told GQ in February that he would consider a face tattoo.

“Maybe when I’m really old, not super old, but maybe, like, 40s or 50s or something,” he said. “One above my eyebrow or something small.

“I think if they’re done right, they could be cool, but nothing super crazy all over the face.”

The Canadian-born singer already has about 50 tattoos, including a cross in the middle of his chest.

Many members of his fanbase—which consists largely of pre-teen and teen girls—weren’t all that happy, as highlighted by the Metro.
