Lil Wayne hospitalized: After a report came out about the rapper being hospitalized from a seizure, Lil Wayne said he’s ok.

Sources told TMZ that the rapper was taken to Cedars-Sinai in L.A. late on April 30 after a seizure.

But Lil Wayne tweeted just a little while ago that he’s ok.

“I’m fine,” he said. “Thank u.”
