President Obama to Appear on ‘The View’

Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie, executive producers of ABC’s “The View,” indicated on Monday that President Obama would be a guest on the show as part of an ongoing segment called “Red, White, and View” focused on political topics. Eighty-year-old Walters is recovering from heart surgery and will return to work proper when “The View” begins its new season in September.
