The clip shows the girl walking with an older man inside a Walmart. The man is believed to be the main suspect in her disappearance.
The State Attorney’s Office released hours of surveillance video and 911 calls related to her death.
The suspect, Donald Smith, is accused of sexual battery and the murder of a child.
Smith is still awaiting trial.
Rayne Perrywinkle and her three daughters were shopping at a dollar store when Rayne said they met Smith. She was struggling to afford clothes and Smith overheard them, offering to buy them for her at a nearby Walmart.
“He couldn’t care less about any of that. He’s eyeing this little girl right here. That’s where his mind, his attention is—all on Cherish,” Action New Jax Crime and Safety expert Ken Jefferson said of Smith, according to Fox30.
Later, when Rayne calls 911, she is heard recalling a red flag that was triggered in her mind when they were shopping together.

“He wanted her to buy these really tall shoes that were women’s shoes and I told him no. I said, ‘They’re too high for her.’ I wouldn’t even wear shoes that high. Maybe he was grooming her. I hope to God he doesn’t kill her,” Rayne said in the recording.

When they were at the Walmart, Smith told her he was going to buy food for them at the front of the store. Cherish then followed him and the two left the store.
According to Action News Jax, a 911 caller said they saw his van parked in the woods.
Cherish’s body was found the following day.
