Metlife aired a commercial during Super Bowl 48 that included Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy, and the rest of the “Peanuts” characters.

They went to the middle of the football field at MetLife stadium–where the Super Bowl is being held–to watch Lynus play the National Anthem.

The popular comic ran from 1950 through 2000. It was created by Charles M. Schulz.
