 Have you wondered what your favorite athlete eats before they compete?  This video is an insight into the diet of some of the world’s most famous athletes. 

  • Lebron James eats chicken,veggies, and rice before he plays in a game. 
  • Charles Barkley’s meal consists of 2 fish fillets, large fries, and a diet coke.
  • Brittney Griner only has bacon before she plays.
  • Anze Kopitar has gluten free pasta in pink sauce and chicken before his big match.
  • Henrik Lundqvist eats spaghetti with meat sauce and oatmeal.
  • Landon Donovan eats apples, strawberries, blueberries, an orange and a kale smoothie or pasta, chicken, salad, and a cookie.
