In recent years, Chinese people have repeatedly launched online petition campaigns calling the National Public Complaints and Proposals Administration to revisit all the complaints that have been made in the past. So far, thousands of people have signed the petition. However, petitioners indicated that their problems are still not addressed. A petitioner, Li Dao-Ying from Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province, said that more than 3,000 Chinese people have joined the campaign until now.
