Israelis are marking three years since the Oct. 7, 2023, terror attacks that killed 1,200 people and triggered the war in Gaza. It will be the first anniversary that all the hostages are home. Early voting began in Ohio on Tuesday as residents cast ballots in contests to decide the governorship, a U.S. Senate seat, and two competitive U.S. House districts. Vice President JD Vance is set to headline a midterm rally in Ohio on Friday. President Donald Trump is set to return there on Monday.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is in Greece, where he’s working to strengthen security, energy, and economic ties with a key NATO ally. Rubio says the two countries are expanding cooperation to combat terrorism and other regional threats. The talks are expected to focus on defense, energy, and regional security.
