A toddler and grandmother were discovered shot to death in their front yard in a small Georgia town, officials said. Hours later, a man was found dead across the street.
A spokesman for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, JT Ricketson, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that they were found dead in their front yard at 4 a.m. local time.
The toddler was between the age of 17 months and 2 years old. The woman was 47, and a 60-year-old man were found dead. A 17-year-old girl was hurt, and she was taken to Macon hospital in critical condition, according to the report.

The 60-year-old man’s body was discovered hours later across the street from where the other victims were found, officials said.
“We’re working it like a homicide all the way around,” Ricketson said.
GBI agents and Dooly County sheriff’s investigators are searching the area. A suspect was not named.
“Our crime scene started expanding on us,” Ricketson said.
Officials, he said, are “still working on” finding a suspect.
“It’s going to take us probably several hours to short is all out,” Ricketson told the Macon Telegraph. The relationships between the victims are not immediately clear.
“It’s a very small town,” Ricketson explained of Byromville, which has about 500 people. “A quiet community.”
