Toronto High School Locked Down After Youth Stabbed

The lockdown at a Toronto high school has been lifted after it was determined the stabbing of a youth did not occur inside the building. 

A youth was stabbed near Oakwood Collegiate Institute around 12:52 p.m., Toronto Police said on X, formerly Twitter. The victim has been transported to the hospital with “unknown injuries.” 

Police are on the scene investigating the incident but have yet to release a description of the suspect.
