We are truly enjoying your publication. A recent article on proton pump meds was outstanding and alarming, especially to those of us who have been taking omeprazole twice a day for years. When asking my doctor about quitting, he says to continue. He is a slave to the pharmaceutical companies. One message the article did not include … how to stop taking omeprazole … suddenly or phasing out? Can you expand?
