Every day a new star is born.

Luna Simone Stephens made her world debut on April 14 and has now made her pictorial debut via Instagram.

Mom Chrissy Teigen uploaded a photo of her cradling her newborn baby onto Instagram with the caption, “hi my lulu!” The April 19 photo has since amassed over 790,000 likes.

The model rests her palm on the baby’s head as Pippa the dog stands nearby.

Last year Teigen revealed the troubles she and husband, John Legend, faced when trying to conceive.

“John and I were having trouble. We would have had kids 5, 6 years ago if it had happened,” she said during a taping of the FABLife. “But my gosh, it’s been a process.”
