John Goodman, who used to weigh nearly 400 pounds, has undergone a dramatic weight loss in recent years.
In 2007, he cut sugar out of his diet and started working out. In 2010, he lost more than 100 pounds, he told Men’s Health at the time.

On Monday, he was spotted entering the Los Angeles International Airport, flashing a grin at cameras.
“I’m breaking a sweat but I’m not going nuts,” he told People magazine at the time.

His health coach, Mackie Shilstone, said Goodman has been following a “Mediterranean-style eating plan” that relies on olive oil, fruit, vegetables, and fish.
“This didn’t happen overnight—it’s been an ongoing process,” Shilstone was quoted by the The New York Post as saying last year.
