In a stunning turn of events, England’s Danny Willett won the 2016 Masters Golf tournament, outplaying the Texan defending champion Jordan Spieth.
On April 10, Spieth squandered a five-shot lead, losing by three strokes to Sheffield’s Willett. Willett joins three-time winner Nick Faldo as the only other Englishman to win the tournament.
While Willett was making golf history, his brother Peter Willett was making Twitter history. Peter, took to his @P_J_Willet handle to let everyone know exactly how he felt about his 28-year-old brother’s achievement.
If the boy does what he should, I will be able to say ‘I’ve shared a bath with a Masters winners – brilliant#bbcgolf
